Free TDEE Calculator
Your TDEE is the total number of calories you burn in a day, including movement, training and digestion.
It's calculated in your browser from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation and an activity multiplier. Nothing is stored.
Your details
Please note: These calculators give general estimates from population-level formulas. They are not medical advice, and they may not reflect people on GLP-1 medications precisely — appetite suppression, rapid weight loss, and lean-mass changes all shift the real numbers. Always consult your prescriber for personalized guidance.
How TDEE is calculated
TDEE = BMR × an activity multiplier: 1.2 sedentary, 1.375 lightly active, 1.55 moderately active, 1.725 very active, and 1.9 extremely active.
The BMR underneath comes from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation. Pick the multiplier that matches a typical week, not your best one — most people overestimate here.
TDEE on a GLP-1 medication
Two things move your TDEE while you're on a GLP-1: you weigh less, so everything you do costs fewer calories, and you may move less if energy or appetite drops early in a dose escalation.
Protecting lean mass keeps the multiplier working in your favour. Muscle is the most metabolically expensive tissue you can hold onto.
