Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data GLP Longevity Tracker collects, how we use it, and the controls you have. This page is a plain-language summary and not legal advice.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide — such as weight, nutrition, symptoms, and medication details — along with basic account and usage data needed to run the service.
How we use it
We use your data to power tracking, insights, and your longevity score. We do not sell your personal or health data.
Cookies and analytics
Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and let checkout work. These are always on because the service cannot function without them.
Analytics and marketing cookies — including product analytics with session replay and the Meta advertising pixel — only run after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, they stay off.
Session replay masks form inputs by default, and we never record password, email, or payment fields. Payment pages are hosted by our payment processor and are excluded from recording.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies and site data in your browser, which brings the banner back.
Health data and advertising
We never use your health data — weight, body composition, nutrition, glucose, symptoms, or medication details — for advertising, ad targeting, or profiling, and we never sell or share it with advertising networks.
Payments and free trials
Subscriptions and the 7-day free trial are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We keep only a customer reference, plan, and subscription status so we know what access your account has.
Voice check-ins
Voice check-in is optional. Your recording and its transcript are processed by AI service providers to turn your speech into text and pick out the values you mentioned. The audio and the transcript are not stored by us.
What we store: only the values you review and confirm (such as protein, steps, sleep, water, energy, weight, and side effects you choose to save), the time you accepted the voice notice, and a count of voice check-in attempts with their time, used to apply daily limits.
Progress posts are created only when you ask, are shown to you before sharing, and are never posted automatically.
Assessment answers
If you complete the habits assessment before creating an account, your answers are stored only in your own browser and are automatically deleted after 48 hours. They are saved to your account only if you choose to sign up.
